Notes for BENJAMIN RICHARD HARROP: He is buried near the front of the cemetary and the former keeper's home, in plot 51, a single stone set up at the apex of the triangular piece of land near the entrance on the Broad Street side. The stone, in fair condition in 2003, clearly states his name, that of his parents George and Mary, his age and date of death, and at the botton, now well worn, is a poem, but it is difficult to make out the inscription. There are no other Harrops buried in the Grace Church cemetary, according to cemetary records. Benjamin Richard Harrop is buried in a two person plot with Frank Ernest Burdick, but it is unclear who this is. Next of kin was listed as "John Harrop," which looks like "John Harrod," and also noted is that the name has been incorrectly entered in computor records previously as "Benjamin Harrup."
